hi, we were just wondering if anyone has any ideas on a stopover between worksop and loch lomond scotland, we will be travelling up on thursday evening and would like to stop over during the night so the kids can sleep (and us also).

we don't mind travelling either A1 or M1, M62 etc.

thanks fatbrickie!!!!!!

I would suggest staying at Moffat C&CC site just off the M74 depending on your departure time from Worksop. You're going to have to get over to the west side at sometime and I would suggest that the M62 >M6 > A74/M74 is much better than the A1 north of Morpeth which is useless.
