Hello,

Normally camp, but thinking of hiring for a trip at October half term.

Any idea where to do so and any tips or information we need??

Hi- personaly I dont think you will be able to hire for just 2 nights, I would have thought 1 week was the minimum time. Also depending on how many are in your party I have only seen coachbuilt motorhomes for hire and they would probably cost in the region of £400 per week. Try a decent size motorhome dealer near to where you live to see if they hire out.  good luck.  kiev

We hired a VW Trident campervan for long weekend in October 2004 from 'Room with a view' based in Lake District.  It was cheaper this time of year and possible to hire it for a few days (not sure about half-term holdiays though).  The couple were extremely friendly and helpful and I would definately recommend them.
