Hi Jonnie. Our van is the same, and I guess most are, but are probably driven always with both partners in them, so never realise. I stopped it by shoving in a rubber sink plug in each rear corner of the swivel plate.
Will only cost you a few pennies to try before you go mad with the squeaks.
