Does anyone own or has anyone seen the Movelite XL awning for coachbuilt motorhomes. We have a Chausson Flash'05 which is too high for most free standing awning but we don't want heavy safari room which takes ages to erect.

The Movelite XL seems to fit the bill but I haven't seen one. Any comments would be gratefully received.

Thanks!!

I have the Movelite awning, it fits onto the back of my Hytop Romahome, and it is fine, 3 doors and the option of using the bed pod.

Dont know about the XL but measure your vehicle height, .

Quality is ok.

HI, the Movelite XL has been introduced this year, for the very reason you state, most freestanding awnings wont fit higher coachbuilt motorhomes, so the XL is perfect for them!

It's essentially the same design as the normal Movelite, but larger, giving lots of living space, and . It's made from high quality, but REVTEX 3000 Fabric which is lightweight but strong, and which has a hydrostatic head of 3000mm ensuring it remains waterproof at all times.

Quality is superb, they are made by Outdoor Revolution, a British company, with a great reputation.

Hope that helps a little

Cheers
Ian
