When we stopped over in Singapore on the way to Oz I spotted a night club / Bar called Thai Mai Shu. I did take a photo of it but sadly it's gone to the ether.
Many, many, many years ago, while serving in Detmold, i was walking to the barber's shop and a member of 3 RHA walked past with his nametag showing his name.

Poor sod! Every time he was wanted I can imagine his rank and name being shouted out at full volume.
