I don't understand how to scan a QR code.
If you have a relatively new mobile phone, slide the screen up from the bottom. Up comes a screen with many symbols, like the one for the torch. The QR code reader is there, it’s a square symbol with a grid pattern inside. Tap it & hold it up to the QR code you’re trying to read. It will automatically link you to the relevant website. Alternatively, you can download one of any number of free apps from the App Store.
Having said all that, a smarter person than me will post a one-tap link for you.
Never heard of it, but had a look out of curiosity. There is plenty about it on the web. It appears to be simply a portable 4G hub. We don't have fibre broadband in this area and "The world's best network" is so pathetic as to be unusable.
I use a fixed 4G hub with an unlimited data Sim and this is adequate as I don't need a trillion Megabytes a second. As long as there is a good 4G signal, these devices should work OK. Not sure about costs etc..
I've no idea what a QR code does. My computer knowledge dates from the days of punched cards.

I'm tired of reality, so I'm off to look for a good fantasy.
I had to look up Ryoko Muama using Google as never heard of it. Google throws up some Youtube messages about Beware etc. On Amazon not too many good reviews as same amount as bad reviews. It appears to be some sort of scam as it seems many people cannot connect to the Internet with the device?
Amazon reviews (if one trusts them) are only 3-star overall, so I would avoid myself.
As for scanning a QR code, if you have an Android smartphone (I have only ever had Androids so I do not know how an iPhone works, sorry), open your Camera app and click on the Setting symbol that looks like a wheel/gear nut, scroll down to "Scan QR codes" and check to enable it.
When you need to scan a QR code, then open the camera app and point the phone at the QR code and it should recognise it and ask you what to do next etc...
