Over the years I have sold (and bought) quite a lot of clothes on Vinted. I always use Royal Mail as I have an excellent Post Office in our village. However, since Christmas I have "sold" two items. One, posted on the 5th January, still seems to be stuck in Preston and the second, sent this week, was initially received by the purchaser, then rejected as it contained something entirely different from the jumper I sent! The buyer says that the tracking code was the one from my parcel.
Has anyone had similar issues? With the last parcel I was the only person in the Post Office and the label was printed and attached in front of me.
Vinted send an electronic shipping label with a QR code which is read by the Post Office. Consequently, I do not have an address for the buyer.

In my opinion Royal Mail is no different to any other courier these days, there seems to be problems with all of them. Stuff gets lost, delivered to the wrong address, left out in the rain, all sorts! The village post office may be great, it's what happens to things after they leave there that is the problem.
I sell fairly regularly on Vinted. The buyer chooses shipment method as they are paying, so when I get the shipping label email there are two options 1. Use QR code or 2. Print a physical label yourself. The printed label does show the name and address of buyer so I use that as it seems safer to have that sellotaped on by me.
So far, fingers crossed, I have not had a parcel go missing from any of the couriers

Perhaps I shall do that in future. It's been fine up until the turn of the year! Thanks.
