Low 20s ? Warmer than Mallorca ? Lots of sun ? Ha ! Struggling to get into the low 10s here never mind the low 20s and if this rain doesn't stop we might be looking for a tractor to get home. Did I mention the high winds and freezing wind chill ?
Forecasters should all be sacked !

Breezy & a bit overcast, but very mild in Ayrshire. Washing dried, potatoes planted.
Where’s all this rain?
N. Ireland, where else ? Even you Scots are having a bit of weather.

Thanks for the warning! We often get the Irish weather here on the west coast, so I’d better bring the washing in…
It’s frustrating that your trip wasn’t as hoped. Our recent one was cancelled by catching Covid.
My parents were complaining about the same thing. I was talking to mum on the phone yesterday and it was cold and raining with her in Northern Ireland and warm and sunny with me in Liverpool. My husband believes that it is always cold and wet in NI and unfortunately I can’t persuade him otherwise as every time we go over to visit, it rains!
It's a long time since I've been to N.Ireland, but as I remember, it didn't rail every day - just most of them. Of course, other places are just as bad - or worse. It always seems to be raining in The Lake district, and my daughter says much the same about Manchester.

I'm tired of reality, so I'm off to look for a good fantasy.
