I could do with a massive favor for a friend whose relative in Canada has cancer.                   
I would love it if you could photoshop just the grandma in to the main photo and possibly clean the photo up a bit?

Why not make a cut-out of her and position it on the curtain or alternatively put her in the centre and cut-outs of the rest of the tribe around her?
