Hi.
We have 2 IeGeek cameras and one of them has stopped working after 10 months. We contacted Iegeek, Chinese company and they said they couldn't replace the camera, but they would refund us 20% of total cost because it would not be cost effective to send camera back to China to have it repaired. Can we send PayPal info so they can refund us 50% of cost after a lot of haggling.
Wife says no way are they getting our PayPal information we have been looking a a replacement and we are thinking about getting a Blink Camera.
Have any of you had any experience of Blink and are they any good?
We are only looking for something to cover back n front gardens. Thinking of paying approx £200ish. If you have any recommendations we would like to hear them please.
Cheers
Len
I don't know anything about Blink, but I bought one of these just before Christmas and so far it seems fine.
Cinnado Solar Security Camera Outdoor Wireless 2K CCTV Camera
It is battery powered and kept topped up by a small solar panel. It has pan and tilt functions and facilities to record to a memory card, or for a subscription can record to the Cloud if required. Very easy to install. I bought mine off ebay and it cost me £35, but they may have gone up by now. I have installed it near my front door and I am thinking of getting another for my back door, although it would be difficult to get to our back door as to get into the back garden you have to go down the side passage of the house where you would be picked up by the front door camera. The only other way would be from a neighbour's garden.
