I have a double skillet but I've lost the cook book I bought from the two ladies I bought it from anybody have any ideas of camping tomorrow first time in 5 years I need inspiration

I only got around to cook one meal in double skillet as the site we camped on had a brew room with micro wave toaster and kettle for our use so I did my favourite meal cheesey top cottage pie
