I use Tesco regularly, have done for a long time. I do it because I find it saves me money, i don't go wandering around and buying things that are on offer but i don't really need! Shop for the same thing every time by using my 'favourites'.
I would just point out that my daughter is actually a 'picker' for Asda, not the one that delivers to our postcode area, and I have used Asda in the past, but just somehow prefer the Tesco brand now.

We've been using Tesco online for about 4 years now, and I must say 95% of the time its brilliant.Ther has been the odd occasion lately were I have sent things back just because the use by date is unaccepatable as the others all say its down to who is picking your shopping that day

I like Ocado,but even they get things wrong.Example,..we ordered 2 packs of ready to eat pears,when we look they were brown and rotting,straight on phone and refunded no problem.Their customer service is excellent,only downside some items are more expensive than other supermarkets.This is clearly down to the order picker.I have seen them picking fruit and veg in Asda, don't even look at the dates/quality,just straight into the box regardless.
I read somewhere that the Caravan Club has banned supermarkets delivering to their sites.
