Cook some pasta, throw some broccoli florets in for the last 5 minutes of cooking time, drain, add some cooked chicken breast, stir through a dollop of light Philadelphia and serve! I like it with a squeeze of lemon juice, DD sprinkles grated mature chedder on hers.
Stir smoked salmon and rocket into freshly boiled pasta , the heat of the pasta wilts the rocket and warms through the salmon. Add a small amount of extra virgin olive oil an the juice of a lemon, season with lots of black pepper.....can be eaten hot or cold

Pasta carbonara. Fry pancetta or ordinary bacon with some garlic, pour in cream and let it warm, then thicken with a beaten egg yolk. By the time you've done that, the pasta will have cooked, tip it into the sauce so it's nicely coated, and serve.
Stir fry every time - served with noodles that take 4 minutes to cook.
I always keep ginger, garlic and chillies in frozen blocks in the freezer, stir fry those, add meat, one bag of beansprouts and one bag of supermarket stir fry veg, be generous with soy sauce. Delicious and very quick - with the added bonus of being healthy eating.
Tonight i did pasta with mixed beans, tuna and pesto with a sprinkling of spicy season all.Works well with roast chicken or sausage in it too.
Sometimes i swap the pesto for reggae reggae sauce.
Home made versions of McD's toasted English Muffins, filled with bacon, egg and cheese, or sausages split down the middle and cooked flat, topped with an egg and cheese, scrummy!
Or Philidelphia low fat cheese with Salmon and Dill, spread onto cooled crispy toast, topped with ribbons of smoked salmon, and served with a crisp fresh salad.
