My Vax pethair cylinder one is miles better than either Dyson I have had £ for £ in the job it does. The only gripe I have (apart from the smaller cylinder capacity) is that the accessories "store" is on two separate hoses. You have to deal with the filter same as a Dyson but I've found it easier to use and of same good quality.

Yet another one for Henry, they are brilliant, easy to use and no problem changing the bags.

We also used to have Dysons which were forever breaking bits off and losing suction despite the claims!
