I googled printer spooler off which i think a message that flashed up when trying to add new hardware to the laptop. Found out how to turn it on automatically and will try again in morning if that dont work back it goes. Inhink its the laptop not the printer.
Well, here we go. Last try. I googled the issue last night and it seems Vista has a printer spool issue. I remember that messing everything up on a printer in work after an engineer visit and the company talked me through it.
Hopefully thats it because everything on the cd goes on, scanner works. .
At last it says the product can be recognised. Please wait. But its stuck here. Back to google.
