i changed a coil pack on my ford focus a while back, was a very easy job, i did do leads and plugs at the same time as recommended was only about £70 for all the parts.....

im not sure of the technical reason as to why but a few plugs and leads are not expensive and easy to do

Cheers phathamster , yes I phoned my new garage matey just now and he said that stuff I saw on youtube that I mentioned in my thread earlier was a load of !!*&%*&*$** ,so I had worried myself needlessly , a bit like when I go on tinternet to try and analyse any illnesses I might have
