Sorry Anne, basically less cumbersome and lots of apps for both IPad and Android. If you type lots though it would frustrate you.

We connect via wi fi so don't pay a penny on a contract. 3 mifi or now tethered to Tim's mobile when on hols.

Thanks Ali, I don't have an IPad and no idea about an Android, and my mobile only makes/takes calls and text! (yes, I know!), think I will stick with my laptop! I don'r need to use apps.
