I'm thinking about having a memorial glass item made to include some ashes. Has anyone done something similar, anything I need to be aware of and any companies you recommend (or alternatively any I should avoid).

Hi, try Ashes into Glass I had some of my late husbands ashes put into a paperweight, it is lovely
