Ive installed some software on my computer that isnt working, so I uninstalled it-or so i thought. I dont think its been removed properly and my pc wants to keep installing updates for it. How can I make sure its fully removed and stop the irritating updates?

Depends on the software but most registry cleaners will do it.
What was the software and was it downloaded from a reputable place?

Download Revo uninstaller, the freeware version & use that, it should get rid of everything.

I use C-Cleaner. Cleans out registry, removes old files from unistalled program. Works great. C-Cleaner
