Just found an email from earlier this week saying that the Telegraph was doing a supplement this weekend with a 28 day walking plan for losing weight.

I've missed yesterday's paper, does anybody have a copy they could send to me? Willing to cover postage costs. Also if you have today's as well that you don't need, it would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, I forgot to get it myself.    I always used to read the Telegraph as it was my dad's paper, but since loosing him I find it hard.
