Just wanted to know if anyone on here had used the Icelolly.com website to book a holiday and if so what are they like, I've never used them before but they seem to have some very reasonable prices on their package deals, I just wanted to check that they are reputable before I give my card details over the phone to a company I,ve not used before.
Thanks for any info

Just be careful that they include everything when you book ie bags, transfers etc. I have heard off folk being phoned back to add them on and the holiday costing a lot more. You need to check if they are atol and abta registered as well, which they will be. Use your credit card as well as you get more protection.
I only book cheap deals diy ie flights with the flight company and I use Travel republic, Alpha rooms for the hotel and transfers.
Also when booking with an internet site see if they offer the extra protection if any part of your holiday breaks down. Sister in law booked through one of these companies who package everything together last year, the flight company went bust and she was left with the accommodation and transfers which she couldn't get her money back on as they were still available.
My daughter is a travel agent and where she works they bundle stuff together like these online companies but they wont do it without charging the customer £5 which covers you for every part of the holiday if one part goes bust.

Also check who you are booking with. Go into the company info on the booking website and see where they are based, it may not be UK.
Most aren't. Tax and to avoid certain laws
