I have converted some of my clubcard points into vouchers so we can use them at the Zoo, but I have never ever done this before.

Do I just take the vouchers along to the zoo with me or do I need to do something else - i.e. pre order tickets.

Providing the zoo accept the days out vouchers. Just make sure the zoo don't need you to take specific vouchers but I am sure you will be just fine if you went on the site and clicked next to the zoo you want to go to. For instance Longleat have a specific voucher.

Not sure about the Zoo - but for Alton Towers and Eden Project the clubcard points had to be converted to specific entry vouchers for each venue.

Hi thank you - I am still confused - doesn't take much.

We are planning on Exmoor Zoo - were going to go to the aircraft museum the other month but something came up so could not go so thought I would use vouchers for the Zoo when we are away.

I was hoping that I would just turn up with vouchers and they would accept them as payment.
