I bought one from QVC a year or so ago and have a fairly poor opinion. The main problem I have is that it takes sooooo long to remove any hair even temporarily. I can shave both lower legs in less than a minute but you need about an hour to cover the same area with a no no. I must admit I did see some reduction in the amount of hair but tbh not worth the effort or time, I definitely haven't become anything like hair-free as advertised. Now it sits at the bottom of a drawer forgotten about most of the time.
haven't tried one or read the reviews but they are half the price in the US and it is "almost" painless. The thermicon tips presumably need replacing. Stick to simpler remedies.
