Low fat yoghourt (or low fat anything) is bulked up with carbs (sugars and starch) to make up for the bulking that fat gives - check the total calories on the lable, not zero. Otherwise it would be very runny and unpalatable. Fresh fruit salad (or poached ./ roasted, sounds nice) - in moderation, not a huge bowl, as fructose is sugar / calories - also gives you vitamins & minerals that you need, and some folk who won't eat an apple or orange would eat fruit salad. It's filling too, and the fibre is good for you. But a journalist up here wrote that he lost much weight by substituting his dessert with one small glass of dessert wine....
