The only inflatable tent that I would ever considering buying would be the Karsten the build quality is outstanding, and of course the Canvas is Cotton.
Even the Air pressure in the tubes is in a different league to the brands you mention.
But don't take my word, get yourself to one of the Karsten tent displays, I went to the one in Cheshire and was smitten.
Of course at around £5k with all the extras a somewhat considered investment.
