Where i live you can go for a walk for a couple of hours or a drive into town at any time of the day, and you Might see maybe 2 kids playing out.
Its so rare around here that most people think if they see kids playing out that they are up to no good.
In the future this will break the NHS without a doubt

Found out today a cousin of mine I haven't seen for years is in hospital with a suspected heart attack. He's only in his early thirties but overweight and doesn't eat properly. I found out because he's in the same hospital as my nan who is in her 80's.

Since I've been working where I am ive seen several members of staff with serious health issues and all weight related.

It amazes me people won't do what's required to make the changes to protect their health.

When I was a new born baby I was fed breast milk, Then my mum put real food through a mouli baby and I ate the same meals as mum and dad.
These days babies get fed reconstituted powdered milk, a young mother said to me a few years ago "I won't breast feed, it doesn't seem natural". As the children get older there seems to be adult food and child/teenager food
