Has anyone any advice/ experience regarding the link below?

When making you redundant have employers an obligation to inform you of a modification order?

Should your Union have had knowledge of this if giving you advice regarding your redundancy?

I've been a union rep for 30 years and have never heard of this......just had a quick look and it seems like a minefield about what's included and what's not!!!

Indeed, a friend of mine has been asked to pay back her redundancy payment, and had no idea. She was neither informed by her employer or her Union 😞
