There are very few Chip shops who dedicate a fryer for GF. Most here on the mainland will dedicate one morning a month, that is the morning they clean the fryers they then only do GF stuff for a few hours. I got the info about fat harry's from the Supplemental Board on that forum, lots of good info on there, lots of very clued up people on the forum and always willing to help, you cannot ask a daft question, no question is daft if you do not know the answer. Actually come from Grangemouth but now live in Stonehouse Lanarkshire.

there is a chip shop on Mostyn Street in Llandudno that has (besides the usual stuff) a vegan and gluten free menu and a sign saying they use a separate fryer for those things.
