On our last outing, i found i had somehow lost a leg off the water barrel handle. No idea where, but it was gone.
Today i've been to buy another handle (you cannot buy separate bits to my knowledge). I was walking to the checkout new handle in hand, when something made me go over and look at the bbq's/stoves. I dont know why, because we have a new one, so no reason to look at others. There, on top of one of the stoves, was a leg - which i was missing. No wrapping or price tag of any sort or anything. (this place does sell second hand bits from time to time, but its usually awnings and wheel clamps etc).
I put my intended purchase back, and took the 'find' to the counter. They had no idea where it had come from or how it got there. They said i could keep it for free. If that isnt the weirdest coincidence, i dont know what is.
In recognition of their generosity, i also needed a new ground sheet, so i bought one of these instead.
