Hi all the V Festival takes place next weekend so roads around Weston Park will be awful on Friday,Saturday possibly Sunday late and Monday morning.
Thats the M6 J10A upwards,M54 around J3 and A5 from M6 to Weston and A41
Thank goodness I don't have to get to and from work now!
We avoid the area!
Its also at Cheltenham I believe so fun round there too!

Thanks for the reminder 664DaveS. I usually arrange to be away that weekend (and the Cosford Air Show weekend) but can't do it this year so will be marooned on a little island surrounded by all those roads you mentioned!
Sorry to hijack post but thought as it's about same thing, would be okay.
Just been looking at V festival Chelmsford, didn't realise there were 2 and thought we'd got away with it as we're not doing M6 this yr on our way to tunnel. We are going down to Biggleswade (Beds) Fri pm and then on to tunnel early Sat am. I think we will touch traffic M25 and ? further along. My southern road knowledge is limited!
Any thoughts on how busy its likely to be. Already had message from eurotunnel telling me we're travelling on one of their busiest days and to make sure we allow plenty of travel time!!
