We have a coleman airbed that we use in our bedroom in the TT, The foam is no good for hubbys back,so we put our airbed on top of the hardboard in bedroom,
Every night I wake up with cramp and feels like a hard ridge down my leg, does anyone else suffer this, and how do you stop it, Thanks x

Try Crampex tablets from you local Pharmacy, also make sure that you keep your legs and feet warm at night, if its a long term problem then have a word with your GP to rule out anyother underlying causes.

Does this also happen when at home, or is it just when your camped out for the night?

Tryusing a memory foam mattress topper ontop of your airbed. Just cut one in half and use it on your side of the bed if your husband doesnt like it.

I have just bought one out of the Dunhelm sale, a double size, and plan to cut that in half just to line my camping recliner chairs whilst im away, as l suffer with pressure sores very easily when resting on a hard surface.

Before cutting it in half, try folding it double.
