hi all,
does anyone know of a route planner that gives the motorway service areas, and the distances between them, i'm sure aa route planner used to do this , but it seems to have disappeared from the options list
yes ,i know i could get the distances from a map, but it used to tot the millage up on the way , is there another one that does it better.

If you get the Michelin Road Atlas it has all the motorway service areas (in blue)shown as well as the aire de repos(in green). Generally on the motorway the are 20kms apart
WE use this one Road Atlas
but there are non spiral/plastic coated ones which are cheaper
I use google maps. Click on the site you are going to then click on directions. Type in the site you are leaving from and click enter should give route and mileage.

google maps most certainly does give yout the mileage from point A to point B, right click the mouse, then click measure to and then measure from
