Hi I am trying to locate Ikea EXCEPTIONELL push-open drawer runners 

I cannot find them on the Ikea web site and the small lugs on two of my runners have snapped off any ideas where i can locate replacement runners

Do a Google search for 'Ikea EXCEPTIONELL push-open drawer runners' then at the top click on 'Images'. This will produce numerous photos of drawer runners so it's just a matter of finding the ones that are identical to the ones that you need. The drawers may be an Ikea make but quite often the parts are supplied by a third party company and stockists around the UK may well have them available for sale.

Hi Everyone
I went on Ikea community forum and one of the admin gave me the part numbers that are hopefully correct as you cannot see form the photo if it is the correct part.
I have now ordered the two runners from Ikeas spares page and the best bit they are Free :)
