Anyone had any experience of setting up a Trustee Account for an Adult ?
Solicitor told us to just ask our Bank, but Santander say it must be done through a solicitor.

That solicitor is hopeless, she is handling my mother in laws estate and selling the bungalow.
She asks for information we have already given her and the process has been delayed because she didn’t ask for documents to be signed or she was on holiday.
My wife and family are still emotional over the loss and changing solicitor does not feel like an option.
A solicitor who works in Probate would usually also do Trust Deeds.
Unless its exceptionally complicated you shouldn't need a specialist solicitor- it will just cost you a whole lot more.
