Yes. Otex works much better than olive oil. You can syringe you own ears. Put ear syringe into eBay search. Cheapest is just a plastic syringe with soft rubber tips. Works for me.

you can still have micro suction done at some of the private clinics on the nhs because my mum does every few months . just goggle it in your area

I have a device that looks like an Archimedes screw. the tip is made of silicone, it draws the wax up the spiral as you turn it.
It'll do me should I need another clear-out.
