Of course we have our Sky TV, satellite dish etc. It is stuck on terrestrial set up. What to do, simply if possible.

We don’t have Sky but the usual one to try for misbehaving tech (our printer, most recently) is turn off - unplug everything - wait 30 seconds. But I assume you’ve done that, you being an old hand at this tv stuff.
