It’s a faff. There’s a button on the screen which has lower case letters, it’s not part of the qwerty keyboard. Say: abc. If you tap on it, it’ll become capitals: ABC. You then use the qwerty keyword, moving around with the arrows. And in reverse. And another button with 123, self explanatory.
We find it takes both of us. OH reads out simply as if I was hard of hearing & I enter: lower case a, lower case k, upper H, figure 2…
Take your time. If you touch type on a laptop, this ranks as one of life’s tedious chores, but it’s a one-off.
