I have been using computers since the 1970s.
I insure my home and car with Aviva, they have an online account system making renewal easy, however for the past year I been unable to access my account and have had to renew by phone.
It seems they block my online account each time I try to access it, they invent password security systems that I don't have passwords for or they reject the password I created last time I attempted to access the service.
Aviva accounts are now so secure that only a fraudster could possibly access them!
Accessing my last pay slip following retirement. Of course it doesn't include the back pay I am due as the pay increase has only just been agreed. Another admin task for me to do, but first it is holiday time!

Only an old camper would know this, we used Itiza tents in Denmark in 1976.
