Hi for uk only has anyone towed a 2001 micra, there seems to be a hoop only for towing.
I've been looking for towing solution with not a lot of luck.

To tow behind a motorhome you would need a dedicated A frame.They have dedicated fittings on the car for the frame plus kit to activate the brakes.
We have a caravan but have seen plenty of small cars being towed!
If you search for It you should get companies that supply and fit them, they would be able to say if your Nissan could be suitable.
