Absolutely fine it’s a bus service route and hgv’s going to Silloth docks use it as well .

I've driven it, albeit not towing the van, and it seemed a perfectly good two lane road, not sure you'd distinguish it from A596 at the Maryport end. I'd tow it without hesitation.
