It’s petrol and electric plug in plus automatic 2020
I'm reasonably confident of Parker's info as being correct, but certainly not the case with all online sites, especially car-caravan tow matching ones, so beware! One is AFAIK Dutch owned (but site in English language) and uses car data for Euro spec cars which often differs from UK spec cars so is NOT a reliable source in UK.
You didn't say what trailer weight you were looking to tow, 'if' CAMC had applied the 85% 'rule' to car's capacity, that may have dropped the apparent capacity to below your needs and the reason behind their no.
If you're looking at towing the Swift conqueror 480 in your profile, that's got a MTPLM of 1430kg I believe, so well beyond a 1200Kg max tow if that is correct!
The manufacturers website should have the details.
The information for our Hyundai Tucson is. It's in the technical specification.
Plug in hybrids tend to have a lower towing lim8yt than self charge ones.

2020 plug-in is very low tow capacity. The present new one gives a figure of 2100 kg,the same as my 2.0 Ecoblue AWD 190ps, but I have my doubts as others in the motor trade, as there appears to be nothing different with the mechanics only diff ratio to achieve this therefore reducing MPG. May well be brochure publicity to increase the sale to caravanners knowing the majority will not actually tow that weight. We need demonstrators with towbar fitted, but I tried this year to have one but Ford would not supply.
