Hi, this may sound a stupid question, but i have been towing a few years now and all the caravans i have had i have used grease on the grease nipples on the tow hitch. My question is what does it actually grease?
It greases the draw tube & bushes which allow the hitch to slide in & out to work the caravan brakes. The nipple underneath greases the handbrake spindle. Grease at least twice a year I do.
