I have just had a towbar fitted on a 2017 ford galaxy and the garage only fitted one 7 pin connector, am I able to get an adapter/ is there and adapter to get twin electrics (7 pin to twin 7 pin) if so does anyone have a link for one?

The single 7 pin is only connected to the lighting circuits so will not power the fridge, charge the battery etc. If you want twin 7 pin or 13 pin electrics you will have to have some extra wiring done.

What sort of electrics did you ask to have fitted?

No. You need to have the 12s socket fitted and wired in for it to work.
Better still have the car fitted with a 13pin socket then convert your caravan to the same 13 pin system

its not just the fridge that wont work, but the reversing lights also wont be working, get them back to do the job properly!
