Welcome to the forum, but I'm unsure how many galleons you will get to the mile.
Low 30's possibly.

------------- XVI yes?
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
Well I am on the third skoda yeti this last one is a 2 l laurin klement which I bought two months ago.Never mind the dashboard gadget the proof is the garage forecourt pump, and towing is between 28 and 32 and non towing is 48. One gentle man on a caravan site was trying to convince me he was getting 50 towing but in reality he was trying to convince himself

It also goes for set up times, be it a caravan or FC/TT.

My old 140 4x4 I got low 30's towing but with the newer 150 4x4 I am regularly seeing mid 30's towing and just over 50mpg solo. (Actual, not Maxidot readings!)
We tow with the same car as you're asking about, ours is 170 bhp (not sure if this affects anything) and tow a 1380kg caravan. We get between low to mid 30's generally when towing, driving between 50-60mph.

Sometimes a little rain must fall before you reach a rainbow.
The work will wait while you show the child the rainbow, but the rainbow won't wait while you finish the work.

Has anyone have a idea, what a Skoda Yeti 2liter 4x4 auto will get to the galleon towing a 1500 kg caravan?
A 1500kg Caravan is as heavy as the Yeti so you'll be towing at or close to 100% ratio .
The Skoda may have a towing capacity of 2000kg but the kerbweight for even the heaviest model is only around 1490-1500 kg so a 1500kg van is hardly a suitable towing match
