That caravan has mtplm of 1387 so you are looking at a car with a kerb weight of 1650ish to be around the recommended 85%, so some Mondeo's, some Insignia's, Galaxy and most mid sized 4x4 's, but I do think your budget will be quite limiting in what you can get.
Another thought just occurred to me, do you have a B+E licence or are you restricted to 3500 kg gross train weight ? If you only have a B licence this will restrict your choice of vehicle and the Galaxy will certainly be out of the running.
