Hi
Can anyone on here tell me the torque of the bolts holding the ALKO towball on please,preferably in PPSI as I work in old money,thanks in advance

If the bolts have 8.8 stamped on them then the torque setting should be 143lbft. I found this on a very old post somewhere, my torque wrench only goes up to 120 so I did them up to 120 and then a bit more with a long bar.

thanks for the very quick reply(I meant Pounds per ft)my wrench should manage it ok,getting them off may be the pain.

The official torque settings for the Alko towball can be found in the link below but you will have to convert it from Nm. to Lbs/ft.

And do'nt forget that once bolts have been torqued up if you ever remove them you MUST replace the Nut and Bolt
