Yes you are quite right, It could have been taken seriously by someone who is just starting out so I am glad you were able to put them straight.

 Hi Prospector, we have had our C4 Grand Piccasso 1.8 VTR+ for a year now its a manual G/box and we tow a Swift Corniche 17/3 Mtplm 1400kg its an outstanding

towcar I enjoy driving it and towing with it,we could not afford the advance payment

on the 2.0 Diesel version so went for the petrol in my opinion the only difference

is MPG and low down torque the 1.8 petrol is a bit thirsty towing 21-22 mpg but a great towcar Go for it.
