I don't think it was irrelevant to point out the error in Bob's op & any ongoing discussion about the actual validity of 'towcar of the year' awards for reasons stated is also quite relevant to the thread.
I don't actually set out to troll, I post in a manner that allows other posters to bring information to table & so produce a thread that contains useful information that might be of use to those that read the thread.
So here for example we start from the basis that Skoda is the best towcar in the world & we expand the discussion to inform readers that in fact it is the engine mostly not the car that determines towing ability.
Bob posted his usual monothought op & from that we actually get an informative thread that might be of use to forum members.
All I have ever done since ukcs began was to try to help people out. You know that perfectly well. Generally I'm more sinned against than sinner.

I don't doubt he has good intentions, let's be generous and assume just no Internet etiquette perhaps.
Who knows. And he actually believes he is more sinned against than sinner....... The fact that so many different people cannot stand him and it happens on so many threads must just be coincidence.......
Yes Ian, but the information is there. This is what this forum is about, the banter is just a bit of fun. I have to say the 'haters' are a bit one sided. what about bluepox? He posts almost nothing helpful & just seems to exist to bait me.
