Yes, a full sized, properly stowed spare wheel for the car.  When towing, anything less is unsuitable, and you don't want to be strahded for longer than necessary because you haven't got a spare.  If your "design" doesn't include that, it's no better than what's already on the market!

I love my Santa Fe (2007 model - I'd love the engine from the new model though!). On a decent run I get 45 mpg, 36 mpg on shorter runs and 31 mpg towing (with three kids and two big dogs in the car).  Five year warranty and loads of goodies for the price - if you don't care about the badge on the front I'd recommend taking a look.
