Thanks Gary.  Thats great to know.  We can relax now. Although I suppose if we wanted to carry more than the 750kg we would still need to get it done.  We will make sure we keep all the paperwork though!

The gross laden plated weight is I think 850kg.  (It is in french though!) However as we have uprated the hitch, axle and tyres, we are assuming we can carry a bit more.  To be fair we weighed it before it was fully laden so will need to weigh her again when we go next year.  I think it was very near the limit.

Would be good if we could carry more though as with two kiddies, we seem to need to take everything!

why not bolt some roof bars to the trailer lid, and fit 4 bike racks, the type you see on car roofs. Or just fit a hatch back rack to your car, you get them for 4 bikes.
